Our Pastry and Ice Cream Chef trained in the United States in 2008 to learn how to prepare traditional American pastries. Today we offer a wide range of such products including cheesecake, layer cake and brownies.

MADE TO ORDER 
A speculaas wafer with a cream cheese and maple syrup filling, dark chocolate mousse. Garnished with pieces of chocolate bars, cacao sauce, caramel paste, gold- and silver-tone nuggets.
Mango Lime Cheesecake

MADE TO ORDER 
Cream cheese and mango preparation, lime mousse, graham cracker wafer. Garnished with mango cubes, almond pralines, topping, lime zests.
Apple Caramel Crumble Cheesecake
